Management doesn't care about employees lives outside of work Lack of appreciation for your hard work Some managers have no problem talking badly about you right in front of you We don't know when we work until just a couple of days beforehand. You will constantly be belittled for every little mistake you make unless you're working for them at least 6 or 7 days a week then management might treat you with respect. Stressful job and everyone is usually high strung and pissed off.
