New upper Management does not care about peer's. El Pollo Loco used to be a Company of Choice, not any more. Managers that are still there is because they do not know about other company's and still believe are worst than what the have or they do not feel confident that change always bring good things, but all you have to do is go to one location and look at their faces. That will tell you how happy they are.
