The Monterey location is amazing — tons of foot traffic, especially near tourist seasons. Summer and holiday periods are the biggest money-makers; you can make great tips when it’s busy. Coworkers are generally friendly, and the team environment is supportive. Management is approachable and usually flexible with scheduling. Good place to gain experience if you’re newer to serving.

When it’s not summer or the holidays, business slows down a lot, so hours and tips can drop. Shifts can feel inconsistent depending on the season. Can get hectic during peak times, so you have to be able to handle fast-paced rushes.
