      The atmosphere that the owners have created here at Elan is unlike anything I've ever experienced. They have invested so much time and energy into ensuring that each role is filled with the right person, resulting in a cohesive group of people that operates flawlessly. Everyone works hard, goes above and beyond to help each other, and has fun doing it. I've never worked at a place where it was easy to come to work and that's how it is here. Management is transparent about the state of the business which gives you a sense that they trust you to do your part to meet the company's goals.

      Kind staff, excellent work environment, positive attitudes, hard workers, driven employees with a willingness to take on and learn new things. Co-workers are very accepting of questions and training

      At this point in time the office will need expansion with future hires. The office is also slightly further away from my residence than I would prefer.

      Very supportive management with a pro-active approach to employee satisfaction. Great pay, liberal vacations, friendly thoughtful employees and a fine benefits package AND 401K... Hard to beat!

      I really can't think of any cons for my situation but with offices in Green Bay, Milwaukee and Madison only, anyone applying for employment will need to be near one of these cities or relocate.
