There is nothing about Elanco at this point that would ever make me recommend it to anyone

-Executive team that is under qualified and comically embarrassing
-Horrible support functions like procurement and legal and IT, completely clueless
-ongoing layoffs, even though the CEO and CHRO will promise no more, even eliminating roles they just hired a few months before
-A lot of super questionable directives given by management
-Shady and defensive leaders

Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
