The people are great. Honestly, everyone I met was a rockstar. Everyone did their job and did it well. They were all friendly and great to work with.

Elanco hired remote workers and laid them off only a few years later because they decided they didn't want to have remote workers anymore. Constant management changes and employee turnover. System issues galore.

Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
