Work life balance is fantastic, very flexible. Benefits are great, along with a paid week off for midyear shutdown and another week paid for year end shutdown. Also, yearly bonus is a plus.

A lot of IT roles seem to be moving to the UK, even though it's a US headquartered company. They also rely too much on 3rd party IT contractors instead of hiring directly with Elanco.

Compensation and benefits are better than most. The employees and coworkers are genuine and amazing.

Extremely demanding and stressful work environment. Management doesn't appreciate employee input or value and is very disconnected from the people struggling. Changes are constant. Once you get used to a new process, it is changed again. Layoffs are frequent and indiscriminate to excellent and dedicated employees.
