1. unorganized 2. employees are not properly trained 3. insect infestation problem 4. too many personal issues between employees = high attitudes 5. being carefree in a manufacturing plant is not good 6. too much joking around and playing and not enough work 7. very high turn over rate (4-6 employees per month)
