Very few opportunities for advancement. In order to move up you have to be friends with someone higher up. No raises and only moderate pay. Everything has become more about quantity rather than quality. Management doesn’t seem to know how to preform the roles they oversee. Retention rate is very low. Some people have been there for decades but others don’t last past a couple of weeks.
