It begins with the training which mainly consists of the trainers telling you how wonderful Aaron Banks is and how many beanos they have. When you join your team you become aware of all the backstabbing not only in your team but amongst the other teams as well. Every bit of your work is checked and faulted by someone with less experience than you. I was actively encouraged to try and throw out claims, the exact opposite of other companies I've worked for. They also thought it was cost effective to pay out third party claims, even when their own claimant was at fault. There were 9 people in my training group. When I left there was only one of them still working there.
