Remote working. Pay was above average. Most of the employees are good people.

New MD likes to micromanage. Very little autonomy, lack of clear direction. Business is not focused on growth in the UK. Lack of communication.

My experience at Elecosoft had been great. I had learnt alot with access to training directly with the training team whenever I needed it. Lots of fun events in the office or at exhibitions like the DCW at the excel arena. The PSD team I'd the best team I have worked with. All my colleagues had been great and helpful. Even though I was working remote, I always felt a part of a team. My manager Shawn was brilliant, supportive and easy to talk to or get in touch with whenever I needed. Always looked out for the best for me and the team. The role itself is fun, being able to liaise with various different customers and to manage the requirements and learn about what they use the systems for. The further staff here great, everyone I've spoken to at Elecosoft has been welcoming and supportive. Even when meeting the CEO. You feel respected. The culture is great. Plenty more good things to say.
