      Fun company with activities. Events and trade shows. Surfing at lunch or mountain bike trails around the office. A very outdoorsy environment and casual workplace.

      Horribly low pay with not much opportunity to move up within the company. If you're comfortable with. 3% raise each year and no commission or bonuses then this is great.

      There is a great small group of people here that are dedicated to training new employees the best they can be trained. It is very much a family run business with a lot of heart.

      The work is physically demanding and the pay is relatively low compared to other electrical companies. Management can be somewhat pushy at times.
