All managers accept work from clients even if the team members are super overloaded. The upper management has given them clear instructions to always say "YES" in a servile manner to clients. - Good collaboration among team members, so employees learn well. The work environment is so fast paced that some new grads and junior engineers don't get enough time to focus on developing deep understanding of concepts. - Diversity and inclusion are great. The company has hired people from different countries/ethnicities.

- Lack of transparency - the management doesn't discuss or share the revenue targets. It's surprising that managers tell you every quarter that the team has absolutely killed it but they don't tell us the numbers. - most departments/LOBs don't focus on the quality of work they deliver to clients anymore. They are obsessed about meeting revenue goals set by the upper management. - some people are promoted just for retention. It's the middle management that gets promoted every 6 months. Some people became engineering managers to directors in 1.5 to 2 years. - no efforts are being made to retain experienced engineers who have spent 2-3 years at the company. Some of them have left and some are in the process of leaving; this can derail the growth of the company. - the compensation package for staff and senior engineers is no longer competitive as compared to competing organizations. If the management doesn't revise the pay scale, competitors will poach engineers.
