No work-life balance. It is run by egotistic management who has no clue about running a company and treats everyone bad. Cheap gestures to pretend to have a culture for photo-ops. Bad pay, bad treatment, toxic environment, never ending work, unrealistic view of the business, unachievable deadlines, no quality of work or code. Just Pathetic.
