Expected to work after normal business hours, unpaid on a regular basis. Management is disconnected from employees. Family run company with family problems. No pay increase. Extremely high work load. Owner will verbally abuse you in front of coworkers. Shouting, screaming, door slamming, fist shaking, and other child like behavior occur weekly. Cheap office equipment, employees are still using computers from Pre-Katrina. 3 months into the year and 3 employees have quit.
