      Vibrant experience and the variety of areas of involvement are vast. Working in such an environment is a nice boost for a professional career. Like any startup with rapid growth, things change fast here, and frequently. These are the key things about this company. One needs to love the startup environment and be ready for it. Commissions and bonus plans are there for every single role in the company, and the amounts are important. This is an asset. Although there is a lot to learn here, the company provides a good coaching and onboarding program that really helps a lot. Payments are super punctual and base salaries are generally high compared to the market average.

      Remote work is definitely a challenge when it's in permanent mode. Sometimes you want to meet your co-workers in person and work with them in a dedicated space. Although it's a fully remote company, there is also an office where people can meet/work. Also, onsite events are organized a couple of times a year, so people get to know each other.

      I had a great experience working here! Initially, startup environment and nice paycheck were the main draws, but in fact there was much more. Remote work option gave me flexibility and opportunity to stay with my family. My team was friendly and supportive, everyone was always ready to help out from the day 1. It’s been a wonderful place to grow and work together.
