There's a huge amount of freedom for the employees, and you can get involved in far more responsible tasks far earlier in your career than at most other companies. Plus there are very, very few stupid or slow people here, unlike every other company I have worked for.

It's a bit chaotic at times and sometimes it's hard to figure out how to get things done, but if you talk to other people you can always get advice and help on that. Also, the company allows a wide scope of personal behavior in employees and that can occasionally be annoying.
