Some of the people that work there are really nice. They will pay for you to get professional certifications and materials as long as they benefit the company.

Constantly put techs in a position to fail. Send technicians with little to no notice to a customer site to install software they have not installed before. They believe that all technology is the same and can be scripted. There is no job stability. They constantly go through "layoffs" and let people go. The only way to make it there more than a year is by being there already more than five years. After you leave they will still try to hold on to your certifications so that they can be compliant with their vendors. They also make you sign a 18 month contact to repay training and if you don't leave on their terms they will hit you up for every penny and more.

Family oriented and friendly people who want to see you grow. Positions are remote. Company is still growing so you may see more opportunities.

Svantaggi

Like any company with a few hundred people at most. You have to deal with issue what smaller size companies experience in growth and management.

Depending on one of your growth expectations or advancement, this could be considered a con. The primary reason advancement can sometimes have a longer waiting period in nature is because employees have had a long tenure. This speaks highly for the fact that employees do not want to leave the organization.
