      ^ As in the title, the people and the sense of teamwork and togetherness are second to none in ES, there are jokes and laughs and peole will go out of their way to help one another even when they themselves are snowed under with thier own tasks, they will still be willing to help. And the company actively pushes quality external trainings and qualifications to its employees. such as Dante certification Prince2, CTS/D and others.

      The location: Dartford it's all the cons of living in london with none of the benefits: it's an industrial town and isnt somewhere you'd like to walk around at night, The cost of living is high with Rent and grocaries beign double what you would pay up north, but isnt quite as insane as centre of London. The public transport connection to the ES office are practically non-existant. Therefore: traveling by car is pretty much manditory. The office facilities are aging, and the company is too small for the size of building. And the number of staff working in the office is not enough to fill 1/3rd of the available seats, with most fridays only having about 5 memebers of staff regularly in.

      - It’s no secret that Electrosonic does the coolest jobs in the AV industry. - Jobsites are often clean, granted… there is heavy construction too. PPE is always given when requested. Brand new. - Talented and enthusiastic co-workers. - If you are having a problem on site, wether it be a client, other trades, or even a coworker..IT WILL BE DEALT WITH. Don’t ask for help if you are going to regret it. - Travel to some incredible places around the USA and sometimes international - Hotel accommodations are alway decent. Sometimes even stellar. No motels. Ever - Training is paid for or reimbursed. - Downtime is paid. Many shops will bench you if work is slow, ESI will encourage you to complete training on downtime. - There is plenty of room for promotions and growth, as long as you are willing to be vocal. Your work speaks for itself, but you still need to follow up.

      - As with any non-union shop, you have to negotiate your rate when you sign on. Set a goal/range and stick to it. The raises take a while, but they do come. Be patient or vocal. - Couple of years ago they changed from GSA rate per diem to a flat 65 when traveling domestically. Very disappointing. - Health benefits are not great, and very expensive if selecting a family plan. If you are flying solo or can stay on your spouses insurance, you should be okay.
