10yThank you for your feedback, and I am glad to know that we could give good start to your career and we wish you all the best again.
As far as training is concerned, we have continuous internal training programs, and it's format is very democratic and everyone can contribute and suggest on topics and formats. We also encourage team members to suggest, if they wish to take any other external training, and if we get appropriate suggestions, we even sponsor that. We also encourage for professional certification exams by our team members and sponsor that. Examinations like Oracle Java Certification or Salesforce or Microsoft certification.
Motivation is important, we have monthly appreciation programs, where not only the chosen candidates but other noteworthy performances are mentioned and encouraged too. If we have to have recognition, it has to be distinguished recognition, otherwise, quality of recognition gets degraded, and that looses momentum. We have a democratic process for choosing the performers, and one has to come upto that rank to get recognized.
We have implemented all these policies because we want our team members to learn and grow with us and deliver value to our customer. We will continuously look keep improving training, there is always a scope of improvement in every process.
