As the headline states; wonderful people! I've made lifelong friends there, down in the trenches where the actual work is done. Absolutely amazing commitment to the altruistic task of defeating cancer, on the part of rank and file employees. They are the greatest asset the company has...

... unfortunately they don't know it. Leadership ignores knowledge experts. Dissenting opinions are crushed. When input is sought out from people who have 15, 20, 30 years experience in the market, it is universally discarded and they go ahead with whatever they were going to do anyway, frequently bring in outside leaders who only look good on paper, initiate terrible ideas, break everything and leave. Progress occurs despite the in-place processes rather than because of them. This is a hardware company first and everything else comes last, yet hardware cannot run without software. Eviscerated the company of long term employees without succession plans, causing chaos. Recent RiF of 15% was done with an eye towards overhead reduction without considering consequences. Purely a stock-supporting move.
