      Work/life balance is solid; line management does everything they can to prevent more than 40 hours work, and in general they are very effective at this.

      There was always talk about 'family', but recently the company laid off 50% of their US workforce with no warning (in fact, they had been telling everyone that there was 'more projects just on the horizon'.) Compensation was slightly under industry standards (though the work/life balance was a trade off in my mind)

      Truly the best feeling of "family" I've had in my career. The local management is outstanding and very supportive of its' employees, and respects work/life balance. Health care benefits were OUTSTANDING.

      Unfortunately a major customer ended a contract and there wasn't sufficient work available for all "idled" employees. Need more diversification in customer base in North America

      Work culture, lovely colleagues and the benefits offered are really great. Flexible work hours and atmosphere with ample PTOs and sick time. Awesome health benefits and wellness reimbursement.
