      The department I was a part of was extremely good at communication. Helped me grow, but outside of that, leadership did nothing to help. Absolutely terrible.

      Witnessed verbal and physical assault happen at the work place where the individual from the PRESIDENT of OHC sister company is still employed at the company. Xenophobic and sexist comments made by senior leadership. Lack of communication and established leadership because of no direction. No culture established either. Poor work environment.

      I’ve only been here a short time, but so far it’s been a fantastic place to work. The coworkers are fantastic, HR is amazing, work environment is laid back and easy going. I’ve worked a lot of places over the past 20 years and this one is definitely at the top. I also see many opportunities to move laterally and up in this company. Also very diverse, I work with people of all cultures! Love it!

      Owner is self-indulgent and ignorant. President is following in his footsteps. This has created a bad culture from top-down.
