Treated like a robot not a human for minimum wages, you can work fast all day and the bonus is none existent. Don’t expect to keep your manager long I’ve lost count of how many was sacked or moved to other areas of the company. There’s loads of staff treated differently to others. Good managers and long serving members sacked and taken all they’re knowledge and experience with them, then left with new staff and managers to start to learn everything from scratch it’s a ongoing circle people in and out of the company.
