Unfortunately, I was only here for a short time, but in my role as a senior leader I had visibility across every department and worked closely with teams company-wide. In that time, I can confidently say Elephant Energy is one of the most exceptional organizations I’ve been part of. The mission is meaningful, the people are smart, kind, and driven, and leadership genuinely listens. Collaboration, transparency, and high standards aren’t just talking points — they’re (actually) part of the culture.

Big goals and constant growth mean this isn’t a place for coasting. You have to be adaptable and comfortable working in a startup environment. Of the many startups I’ve been part of, this one leans heavily toward structure and organization (which is refreshing) — but it’s still dynamic and in startup mode, and sometimes that means getting gritty, working a couple hours later, or stretching beyond your normal scope. This isn’t a con in my opinion, but for some it may be a change of pace.
