Since the new CEO took over, she has implemented a fear-based culture. RIF's happen routinely throughout the year without any explanation. Executives scream "We're Innovative!" but they use old school fear and intimidation to get things done. No job security. No patience from Executives to allow people to implement the demanded changes; if metrics don't improve in short-order, they'll fire leaders and whole teams, then expect the replacements to improve the metrics with less help.
