The providers who reach you are usually pissed before you pick the phone, so super fun stuff. mangemnet was emailing us about accidentally having an extra minute on our breaks. I busted my butt for them for a year, and they never asked how I was doing or congratulated me for anything, I had no coworkers to talk to, IT and HR are IMPOSSIBLE because this company is having the Philippines do 80% of their work.
