Good pay, lots of opportunities as far as roles go

I was hired for a remote role (listed as remote on linkedin) only for them now to tell us we have to go to the office at least once a week. Prior to signing the offer letter i confirmed with my onboarding coordinator that the job is remote. So in other words, they LIED to me!!! To make matters worse my manager gaslighted me when i brought this up saying "Noone lied to you policies just change". For now it's once a week, but lets be real here they're eventually going to make us come in everyday. Everyone on my team works in a different state so there will be no collaboration. I can't believe I chose Elevance Health I had another remote offer when they offered me a job.

Pay rate never really goes up. Prefer to promote inexperience outsiders than from within. Low pay At the whim of Manager Favoritism Political Pretentious Metrics based of friendship with Management Hard to move up of you don’t suck up to a Manager or be political or be part of their click and group. QIP is also at the whim of the manager. Faulty metrics where you are blamed for FCR failures even when you fixed the issue on your first call and but because the member called in multiple times to other associates who didn’t help. Or do their job, they blame you for first call resolution when you never talked to the member till you resolved it. This is really messed up and it affects your QIP.
