The main manager has no idea what she's doing, so if you report to her good luck to you. Case loads are unmanageable at greater than 200 (you do your own utilization review as well). The better you get at your job the more is dumped on you, so if you are driven, determined, and do what you need to do to be successful be prepared to be broken by this position. There are no clear directives and management will often fight amongst each other at meetings with nothing getting solved. They just keep adding work and new responsibilities and cutting staffing. Upper management shifted twice in the 3 years I was there and each time staffing was cut by more than half. The highest performers couldn't keep up with the workload and new employees often quit before they even get off of training. The trainer has no idea what she's doing.
