Hate to pay out bonuses, they start making excuses by July that we aren't doing as well as we should be and bonuses will be impacted, yet tell the stockholders how well we are doing. Management is very unstable and layoffs are plenty, always targeting the most knowledgeable employees. Expect us to meet goals, but don't say what the goals are. Growth opportunities are non existent. Gail is massively overpaid and disconnected from the work of the company.
