In a lot of departments, you can flex your schedule in a variety of ways which is VERY helpful managing the work/life balance. Lots of other miscellaneous perks and the benefits aren't terrible (could be better for being an insurance company employee). No out-of-pocket employee expenses for equipment unless it's a personal choice. Overall, this has been the best place I've ever worked; the compensation is decent and get either an annual or quarterly bonuses, and all of the ancillary perks (PTO, holidays, wellness programs) really do make a huge difference.

Associates are not held accountable for their work, or lack thereof, causing high level stress throughout. Using DOS-based systems with omitted and/or incorrect information. No way for different departments to communicate with each other. Constant, and confusing, change of processes.
