      Good environment. Architects and Engineers seem to work really well together (seamless). No parking fuss but close to downtown (why do you need to leave with a fully stocked rooftop bar??). Not overly structured and prescriptive like some of the firms in town. Not upper management heavy. Freedom to craft your own career trajectory. Unique building. Just a very different kind of firm. Great firm events! Design is getting much better.

      Something special is happening at this firm. Great ingredients to become the most sought after firm in the region. Good work/life balance. Non arrogant staff who just want to do great work. In-house Architects, MEP and even Structural Engineers make projects go smoothly. Nicest bunch of people to work with.

      Because the company has grown quickly these past few years, the company doesn't have the typical corporate structure that other firms in the city have. Which, to be honest, is kind of refreshing. New additional leadership is adding the right amount of structure to this very Caribbean flavored company.
