It's a decent amount of money per hour for a position that doesn't require a BA degree.

However, for someone who has a BA and 3 years of experience, I feel the amount per hour should be closer to $30/hr as least. But I understand because this position is entry level.

Supporting Clients during a tough time

If you are looking for a job where you need some hands on experience and then leave then this is it. However, if you are looking for consistency, this place is not it. The management is very unprofessional and they do not care about their employees. They do not train you on any crisis management and expect you to know how to handle these situations. You wont be supported working here.
