Too Much layoff, no job security Money oriented company they will not let you stay even for single day if your project not exist. NO Bench policies, no training, they hire people in bulk and fire them mercilessly Lots of pain of employees , HR are pathetic, Management is only involved in Politics and favoritism. Company is about to finish, from 3500 employees to almost 350, All branch offices from Hyderabad, chennai, Noida were closed. now these days lots of employee leaving this company every week, no one wants to work in this company. Dont join this company they are also not settling FnF for former employees.
