Clients are greats and very enthusiasm

He doesn’t care much about his employees. You my learn on the field but not by him. Everything he says is about poliquin which I like a lot but not everything is black or white.

Most of the clients are fun to coach and are motivated.

Hours are crazy, the boss will make you come twice a day for 45 mn sessions and will pay you only for that so that's 13,5$x2. He will tell you to come 15 mn early that he won't pay you and you will leave at least 10 mn later. You have to open and close the gym in the morning, you are not getting paid ! He wants you to work everyday or so, you will be working on weekend, even on sunday, you have to come for a 45 mn session, open and close the gym because he doesn't want to work on weekends ! You won't learn anything else than Poliquin's stuff, the "boss" actually doesn't know anything else than that, he will just repeat what he learnt from his certifications. He will also ask you to work at 6pm texting you the same day at 11am and you can't say no. The "boss" won't even let you get a coffee on his machine ! He is by far the worst "boss" I ever had !
