General services & customer service level dropped since the company restructure under paid for the work no progression within the company unless your part of the magic circle (Friends & Favouritism) Senior Management alway shout about the company values, but don't really care about the culture and service as long as monies coming in Had let go of some very good staff, without replacement in place
