There are no medical benefits for full-time employees. This is a 1099 position, so I would advise anyone working here to set up a business account to be able to write stuff off and handle the tax end of things. Upper Management in and out, not always available, things get done when they get done which is stressful for a sales representative needing immediate backup assistance getting back office support. There is heavy turnover on the sales floor. Moved in a new office but can't keep employees. It's a management issue. Low hourly base pay and not enough commission split to really propel a driven sales representative to stay. They sell the book of business after a period of time and the sales rep will get a cut but it's not clear how much and you have to start your book of business all over again. This is redundant to me and defeats the purpose of financial security. Also, Limited middleware options to offer potential clients. I had to turn a lot of business away, which was very frustrating.
