The company culture is fantastic and everyone truly cares about the people they work with. I have been welcomed with open arms by just about every single person I've met at EIS since starting in my role ~10 months ago. In addition, the recruiting and hiring process was extremely easy and relaxed, and I felt at ease from start to finish.

The amount of work expected can definitely be overwhelming to those who are not used to having a hectic schedule. Once you get the hang of things, it gets much better and is a lot easier to manage.
