There are many pros of working at Elliott-Lewis, it's a completely safe work environment, I feel very supported by not only local managers but also within the corporate office. I could not have asked for a better maternity leave, which is so important to new parents now more than ever. Having a support system like I did with HR (tons of communication and small gestures such as checking in makes a huge difference). I love the flexibility that is offered, and I really appreciate the fact that I genuinely get along with every person in not only our local office, but our main office as well. I am beyond happy working at Elliott-Lewis, and I really do tell so many people how much I love my job.
