      Indian Company and Poor Workflow

      Only one boss is there. No bonus. You will be given a team, but tea appraisal will lie in the other's hand, which means no buddy will listen to you carefully, though he/she will report you. No proper workflow. Only one boss culture is very damaging. To show the salary is different and in-hand salary is different—no appraisal from last two years and company making a good profit. No Canteen is really a big problem.

      A person having "Yes Boss"attitude can only survive, which is basically normal for family owned companies in India

      No recognition for efforts Incentive scheme which is mostly companies having for sales team is applicable to all employees of every department Owners ears is only available to the HOD's they don't care about other employees Increments and promotions are only for the dear ones of HOD and for being one you don't need to perform well in your assignments , you just have to fuel their EGOs
