A person having "Yes Boss"attitude can only survive, which is basically normal for family owned companies in India

No recognition for efforts Incentive scheme which is mostly companies having for sales team is applicable to all employees of every department Owners ears is only available to the HOD's they don't care about other employees Increments and promotions are only for the dear ones of HOD and for being one you don't need to perform well in your assignments , you just have to fuel their EGOs

Relaxed environment, no need to stay overtime. No pressure

No employee involvement. Things take forever to happen. Policies more inclined towards owners and less for employee welfare. The management listens only to the department heads and have no connection with other employees. The department heads look insecure and do not let anyone grow or learn anything new. Even insignificant things are kept secret from own employees. Job not at all suited for motivated professionals who wish to learn or do something big professionally.
