* Gone downhill recently in terms of stability * Shifted focus from providing flexible working with good work life balance to rolling out downright hostile family unfriendly policies where you won't be allowed to leave the office even for pickup/drop offs for kids. The kind of words leaders are using to force people into the office genuinely gives a bad impression of where the management and the company is heading. * Managers are being extremely insensitive with their teams to force them back to work one way or another by disregarding their genuine concerns. * Career progression is nearly non existent * You'd barely notice salary increases regardless of how good you perform. * Over estimating the use of AI to a point where they'd rather have 10 agents and 1 human employee
