Pay rates vary wildly, with some employees earning twice what their colleagues do. Eltek has an unenforceable policy of not disclosing salaries - as if people aren't human and talk occasionally - and you see why. Management are inexperienced, socially inept bullies, who trample on and lie to employees to achieve their targets. The bullying goes right to the CEO, so there is little possibility of change. Maybe something new under Delta?
