Excellent employee support – My Customer Enablement Manager was exceptionally responsive and made an effort to visit our office at St. Francis Square regularly to check on the team's well-being and ensure we had the support we needed. He was one of the best managers I've worked with, although I've heard he has since left the company. However, this can also result in heavier workloads. For example, I personally found it challenging to connect with my Customer Enablement Manager because he was managing numerous enterprise clients simultaneously. There were also times when I noticed him working extended hours in the office to keep up with his responsibilities, which reflected the demanding nature of the role. - Career growth often depends more on client opportunities than structured internal promotion paths. - Some applicants report long waits, delayed updates, or being ghosted during the hiring process.
