I have been working for nearly 2 decades. We all started with our first day at work telling ourselves, "This is where I belong." Then only to find ourselves leaving after 6 months or a year or so. Then we tell ourselves the same thing again when we started with our 2nd, 3rd, 4th jobs.
All my previous companies afforded me the tools and systems so I can work better and so I can give my best. But Emapta does it differently. What was missing in the previous years I was working, Emapta made me experience it: the human experience.
From Human Resources to Finance to Facilities to IT to Support, you will never find the word negligence in things that they do. They are not perfect and they madk sure we know that. They do their best to make sure we are heard and seen, felt and recognized. And so far, all I can tell myself is, I should have been with them years ago. But I am here now. And it's good to be here.

Emapta is not perfct. That is the only cons. And it's never a flaw. If anything, that is their strength: recognizing they can do so much more. I don't need them to be perfect. I just need them to be the company they promised us to be.
