1. EMAPTA- HR is only good at pre-employment. But you won't hear anything from them after you got deployed on a client.
2. Attendance Tracker - Empower is a pain if you're a semi-flexi or in full flexi shift. You'll got tagged as absent if you did not time in before 12 evening.
You have to log-in before 12 evening for your night shift. (Client provided me semi flexi option but i can't utilize it because of the EMAPTAs Empower bugs.. all you can do is to ammend everytime.. what a pain!)
3. hr@emapta.com seems not working or let us say they won't respond to your concerns. Not unless you are a high level employee. (I sent an email request 3 weeks ago and still don't have the document i requested. Until now...)
4. Don't expect any REGULARIZATION email from HR-EMAPTA. Yup, you won't know if your regularized or need to look for other employeer. All you can do is ask or do a follow-up on unresponsive hr@emapta.com
5. No HMO after 6 months. Yes! You read it right, working for this company for 7 months and i still don't have HMO (card or even just a number). It's sucks specially that it's pandemic time. And i have an HMO with free dependent stated in my contract. (No email from them?, yes none! Unless otherwise do a follow-up)
6. Always have issues on payslip. Various once like wrong night shift hours to wrong deductions and a lot more.
