      The compensation and work shifts are good though they are a BPO company they can also offer a morning shift.

      They're a partner with the client from cross-country it's a good thing as they can offer you higher than you expect. However, their client is always right; if the client doesn't want you to work with them they can immediately take you out on their team without prior notice.
