The client assigned to me consistently shouts at me and makes sexist and below-the-belt comments (unrelated to work). This client even assigned me a report to work on one week before my start date. My Customer Experience Managers (CXMs) were fully aware of this, and they confirmed its validity by sharing that they've experienced the same treatment from this client. Instead of offering assistance, they opted to terminate my contract, provided a negative performance evaluation (despite consistently handling submissions, interviews, and placements as a recruiter), and introduced alternative candidates to the client to replace me.
