HR or anyone from the people support are so hard to deal with they take weeks to answer an urgent email. It's frustrating that there is no job security here because they will depend your career on the client. I have been performing for the past year but all of my efforts are lost because suddenly we are not gonna get paid. Suddenly we need to wait for them to find another suitable jobs for us They promise to find you another client when the previous one decide to lay you guys off. But no one is following up to check on you or what not unless you send them email asking about the status of your employment. ( Which takes days or weeks to happen) Recently I had something urgent that needs to be handled ASAP. the person is online but chose not to reply.
