It is not a very busy hotel, not necessarily on the high-end of hotel locations but also not the worst and cheapest. Perfect location if you are starting out as you will get a great understanding of the hospitality industry without diving in head first or barely skimming the surface.

As with all locations that do not bring the most revenue, corporate starts forgetting and neglecting certain areas and departments and it becomes a battle between workers, supervisors, and corporate all wanting different things with various goals in mind

Management inconsistency and favoritism created a difficult work environment. Concerns and feedback were not always handled objectively, and decisions often appeared to be influenced by personal relationships rather than facts or direct communication. Employees could be held accountable without being given an opportunity to explain their perspective, leading to a culture where misunderstandings escalated instead of being resolved. Communication between management and staff lacked transparency, and morale suffered as a result.
